Digital Reads Blog Tours // The Kooky Kids’ Club by: Robbie Yates

First and foremost, I apologize for not posting this sooner. Second, I’ve not finished the book so I won’t be posting my review today as I am scheduled. I will definitely finish the book and write my review. I’ve been congested and kind of miserable the last few weeks. It’s been so hellish with the weather we have. My allergies are in over drive and I had a panic attack during Thanksgiving. It’s been a bit hectic for me.

Enough of my pity party, lol.

Ahh, my quirk with liking oranges but hate orange juice. I don’t like it with or without pulp . I’ve never liked orange juice. Even fresh squeezed, I just can’t stomach it. I don’t know if maybe it’s the acidity that is so much stronger than just eating an orange, or what, but I will never drink orange juice willingly.

My other quirks…

I have a sick obsession with popping pimples – and watching Dr. Pimple Popper on YouTube. Yes, I’m gross, and I don’t care.

I hate onions. If I see onions in my food, even if they are cooked for flavor and can’t taste them, I won’t eat it.

I have the tendency to take my glasses off at random. No real reason. I believe it stems from when I was younger and had to wear thick framed glasses and felt very self conscience.

Things are looking bright. It’s nice to finally have a real group of friends. Then Maxine’s teacher disappears.

Maxine doesn’t know what happened to her beloved teacher, or how she can help. But if anybody has the smarts to help Miss Thompson, it’s Maxine and the Kooky Kids’ Club…

This quirky chapter book is for the best kind of kids—the ones who are a little bit kooky!

I really want to finish this book before the end of this year. And I LOVE terrible puns as well! There’s just something so punny about them, lol! Puns are awesome, leave me alone!
